Nov. 1st - Dec. 15th with an effective date of January 1st. No medical underwriting

Special Enrollment Period:

For those people outside the Open Enrollment Period who need insurance because of a qualifying event i.e: loss of group insurance, moved to the area, aged off parents plan, exhausted COBRA. These people have 60 days to enroll in their own individual plan with proof of prior coverage... for example, the COBRA letter
